All Blue Ribbon Corp. in-stock products are shipped out within 2 business days of ordering via UPS (United Parcel Service). Out of stock products take 4-5 weeks lead time and are shipped out via UPS when completed. Customers will receive an email about products on back order and be alerted via system email when shipped out.
We currently accept all major credit cards and PayPal as our methods of payment. We use Authorize.net as our certified payment system to process all credit cards securely ensuring a safe and seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Blue Ribbon Corp warrants its products to the original customer/purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of sale, subject to all terms and conditions listed in our product warranty. In the event a product is found to be defective, contact our customer service department at (716) 773-9300 , or by using our customer service form, or by completing an RMA form through the Blue Ribbon Corp. website.
Note: There is a 20% restocking fee on any returned items that are not defective.
