To cancel an order prior to making payment, click the “Clear Cart” button which is to the left of the “Update Cart” button and below the Quantity total.
Shipping time varies depending on location. All Blue Ribbon Corp in stock products are shipped from our world headquarters in Grand Island, NY 14072 same day or next business day of an order being placed. Out of stock items have a 1-16 week lead time prior to being shipped. Please call customer service for more information at (716) 404-5884.
A sales acknowledgment will be sent within 24 Hrs. followed by a UPS Tracking Number via email notification to your email on file in your account.
If the product ordered is from stock, there is a 40% restocking charge.

If the units are in stock, they typically ship same day ground. If faster service is required, please indicate in the Order Notes area (Higher shipping fees may apply).
