Blue Ribbon Corp warrants its products to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of sale from the factory, as indicated in its shipping documents.
This warranty applies only if the product has not been subjected to abuse, neglect, accidents, incorrect wiring (not provided by Blue Ribbon Corp), improper installation or servicing, or use contrary to Blue Ribbon Corp’s instructions. Any repairs or alterations must be performed by Blue Ribbon Corp or its authorized service agencies. The serial number must remain intact and unaltered. Blue Ribbon Corp must be notified and approve any returns, which must be sent prepaid.
THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY AND REPLACES ANY OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO REPRESENTATIVE IS AUTHORIZED TO OFFER ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR ASSUME LIABILITY FOR BLUE RIBBON CORP. BLUE RIBBON CORP DOES NOT COVER REMOVAL, INSTALLATION, OR WORKMANSHIP COSTS, NOR IS IT LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FROM THE USE OR INSTALLATION OF ITS PRODUCTS.
Blue Ribbon Corp is not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries arising from the failure or malfunction of its transmitters, whether due to improper installation, misuse, or unforeseen events. Third-party or end user installers are solely responsible for ensuring proper backups, fail-safes, and precautions are put in place to avoid damage or a hazardous condition. Acceptance of the product acknowledges that its use does not guarantee a 100% fail-proof product. Users should implement all recommended safety measures and redundancy systems to mitigate potential damages in case of product failure. By accepting the product and this order, you agree to these terms.
